In each group fitness class, we pass on the effect through infrared therapy, high-intensity interval training, and our instructor's fire.
Studio POSITIONS
Management Trainee
As a Red Effect Management Trainee, you will be the front line for Sales and Marketing of the club. We will teach you how to make proper business decisions that will set you up for success not only for your club's bottom line but also for your own career advancement. You'll learn how to deliver exceptional customer service, energetically communicate with members, guests, and co-workers and effectively manage a fast-paced team of trainers and sales associates. We will teach you proper sales techniques, marketing strategies, and problem-solving skills. Through continual training and development, you will be prepared to hire, mentor, train, and manage a staff of your own while overseeing a Red Effect Infrared Fitness club.

Group Instructor
As an Elite Red Effect Infrared Fitness Instructor, you will have the ability to showcase your energetic, outgoing, positive personality and your passion for fitness on a daily basis! We will teach you how to effectively motivate our members while creating an up-tempo, high energy environment while having FUN. Through highly detailed training and development workshops, we will educate you on the benefits of Infrared Therapy and teach you how it complements our fitness classes while having a profound effect on our members' health and wellness.
