During Your First Visit

Studio Tour

During your first visit to Red Effect, we will give you all the dirty details! Learn about the many amenities our members love, the science behind the infrared, and the importance of our heart rate monitoring system.

Introduction To Our Trainer

Before you begin your first class, we will introduce you to your certified elite trainers. During your time with them, they will show you everything you need to know! Learn how to operate the equipment, how to read the heart rate screens, and what the heat, fire, and burn paces are.

5-MINUTE WARMUP

Let the workout begin! Kick-off your class with an easy 5-minute warmup, designed to loosen up your body and spark a successful workout.

HIIT Session

After your warmup, we will jump into your high-intensity interval training class. Each class’s activities will vary by the concept you chose. However, we like to keep things fresh. No workout will ever be the same in any of our concepts.

5-MINUTE COOLDOWN

You completed your first Red Effect class! Rest, recover, and stretch with a 5-minute group cooldown.

Stay Motivated

At Red Effect, you are never alone. Our certified, elite trainers will guide and inspire you and the group during your infrared fitness session.

Burn Calories for Days

Our scientifically designed workouts provide you with effective, HIIT classes so you can burn calories up to 36 hours post-workout.
